The Dorms

There are 4 separate dormitory rooms each sleeping 4 guests. These rooms are in addition to our beautiful ‘Aintree Cottage’. It’s the perfect place to host larger groups. There is plenty of parking and bus access. Bookings are for all 4 rooms unless you are booking the cottage and need to add additional accommodation.

BOOKINGS will only be accepted if:

1. The booking is for all 4 dormitory rooms. You and your guests will enjoy exclusive use of the property; OR

2. You have booked the cottage and you are needing accommodation for additional guests. If you have booked the cottage you can add rooms;

3. 2 night minimum stay (3 nights public holiday weekends); and

4. Booking form with photo ID is received once dates have been confirmed.

Please Note: bookings are per room not per person when adding rooms to a cottage booking.

Dormitory Rooms

Each room contains:

2 x bunk beds: sleeps 4
Hanging space, clothes drawer, wall fan,
Mattress protector, fitted sheet
Guest to bring own bedding/pillow/towel

Amenities

2 x unisex bathrooms: each contains a shower, toilet, vanity with mirror
Toilet paper, hand/shower soap provided
Laundry facilities (stays longer than 3 nights)
All-purpose room with lounge, dining, kitchen, TV/DVD, stereo
Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery
BBQ area
Outdoor undercover areas
Fire pit: guests to supply own wood
Trampoline, ping pong table
Kids outdoor play area
Sporting equipment
Lawn areas
Parking area

Interaction with Guests

As your host I look forward to meeting you on arrival. We live in close proximity and are sometimes around the property working; however, we respect your privacy during your stay. I am only a phone call away and happy to help in any way I can.
