NESTLED IN THE SWAN VALLEY
Aintree Cottage is located in the Swan Valley, surrounded by beautiful vineyards, wineries, breweries, restaurants and an abundance of amazing places to visit.
Guests have exclusive use of the cottage, lawned areas, BBQ area and kids play area. Feel free to wander around the property. The property is 26 acres and takes about 25 minutes to go for a stroll along the fence line. Heading out in the late afternoon or early morning is a lovely time to see the kangaroos. The sheds and stables are off limits to guests.
THE HISTORY OF AINTREE
During the early 80’s Aintree hosted Quarter Horse racing. A ¼ mile track ran along the fence line from the back of the property. During the races, cars were parked in the paddock lining the track. I’m not entirely sure how legal the event was, regardless, a good time was had by all!
INTRODUCING... NIKKI
My name is Nikki and I am the owner of Aintree Cottage. Alongside operating Aintree, I am also a primary school teacher, wife and mother of three gorgeous boys. Our week is jam-packed with driving between multiple sports training, walking our dog, work and school. Weekends are filled with friends, the Webber BBQ working overtime, and more sport! You will also find me at Aintree making sure couples and vendors have everything they need for a special day, taking tours, or checking guests in for a weekend away. Life is busy! And rewarding!
Whilst studying to become a teacher, I worked in several venues throughout Perth and the Swan Valley managing staff and events. This background has enabled me to create a rustic/farm style property offering accommodation and DIY special events. Aintree has everything you need for a weekend away or a wedding.
Personal service is important to me. This means every guest, couple or family will liaise directly with me! When you call Aintree – I will answer. When you email – I will respond. My aim is to make your experience enjoyable, fun and easy!
